107.18 Planning Matters:
1) Application – NP/DDD/0818/0696: Greenfields Farm, Ashford Lane – variation of conditions 2 and 9 on NP/DDD/0317/0305 (referring to bat loft): The parish council object to the removal or variation of conditions in that the councillors are of the opinion that the condition regarding the retention of the bat loft should remain in place. The parish council had subsequently responded as follows to a subsequent email from PDNPA:
The parish council feel that to have two ecology reports, one apparently contradicting the other, must call into question the whole validity of such reports. The development site lies in an area which would appear to be excellent habitat with potentially high bat activity. In light of that, the parish council’s response should remain. The parish council therefore wish to maintain its objection.
2) Application – NP/DDD/0918/0854: 4 Court Lane: The parish council have no objection to this application.
